Refund policy

Sales & Returns Terms and Policies:
- ASR DESIGN will only accept returns of merchandise in its original packaging, in the condition it was delivered, within a period not exceeding 72 hours after delivery.
- ASR DESIGN does not refund cash. Returns of merchandise or cancellations of purchase of delivered or undelivered merchandise will be accepted exclusively in exchange for store credit. It is essential, without exceptions, to present your original purchase invoice for any merchandise exchange or return.
- Sales of clearance merchandise are final and non-returnable.
Return of a product due to damage during transportation.
- At the time of delivery, ensure that the received product is in good condition and shows no signs of mistreatment or improper handling. If otherwise, note this on the delivery sheet of the carrier, reject the shipment, and notify us as soon as possible by calling our number 809-541-0494. Likewise, ASR DESIGN is not responsible for damages to the merchandise when it has been delivered and received directly and in the hands of the customer at the Physical Store or when the customer has personally contracted any transportation and hauling service with any third party.
- ASR DESIGN guarantees its furniture for a period of one year from the date of purchase against factory defects or damages (exceptions apply to items with pre-established warranties by the manufacturer). If any item presents a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced by ASR DESIGN at ASR DESIGN's discretion. The company will not be liable for obvious mistreatment.
Unforeseen Situations:
Any situation not provided for in this policy will be resolved by the administrative area of ASR DESIGN. At all times, compliance with our policies will be verified under the philosophy of maximum customer satisfaction.
