Dispatch and delivery policies
Our commitment to the quality of our merchandise and the satisfaction of our customers is our priority. Upon delivery of the merchandise to our customers, it is reviewed by our staff. We recommend all our customers inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery, as signing the delivery document constitutes acceptance of the delivered merchandise.
- Delivery of merchandise in stock has a minimum delivery time of 24 to 48 hours within the metropolitan areas of Santo Domingo and Santiago.
- Deliveries to other parts of the country are coordinated with the customer. Shipments to other areas incur additional transportation costs.
- The customer is required to provide the necessary information for the dispatch of the merchandise (i.e., address and time range). Any error or lack of information, ASR DESIGN will not be held responsible.
- In the case of houses, apartment towers, and condominiums, the customer is responsible for determining if the merchandise fits through the doors and hallways of the place where it will be delivered.
- In the case of apartment towers and condominiums, when there is no freight elevator available, our staff is authorized to deliver the merchandise only up to the third floor. If there is no freight elevator with the appropriate dimensions for the merchandise, it is the customer's sole responsibility to rent a crane or any other mechanism to lift the merchandise to its final destination.
- We regret that we do not make deliveries to higher floors without adequate access, regardless of any statement made by the seller or delivery person.
- It is prohibited to request ASR DESIGN personnel to violate this delivery policy or subject the merchandise to transfer processes that may risk its integrity/quality.
- The company is not responsible for damages to the merchandise caused by unauthorized transfers or movements of merchandise that do not comply with the guidelines of this policy.
- When the delivery of goods by ASR DESIGN has been agreed upon at a location previously indicated by the customer, the customer must inform our delivery department Tel: 809-541-0494 of any change in the agreed delivery date at least one day in advance, under the conditions and penalties referred to above.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring beforehand that the purchased items fit through the regular access points to their house or apartment (stairs, elevators, doors) without alterations or damage. ASR DESIGN will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for extraordinary delivery costs (cranes, door alterations, etc.) if the item to be delivered does not fit through the conventional access points of the residence, with such extraordinary costs and any others being the responsibility of the customer.

Unforeseen Situations:
Any situation not provided for in this policy will be resolved by the administrative area of ASR DESIGN. At all times, compliance with our policies will be verified under the philosophy of maximum customer satisfaction.
